"the chicken pieces are then skewered and hung in a very hot tandoor oven. The result is moist, succulent meat with deep, rich flavour that you don't often get in chicken. I'll be honest and say that I find chicken usually pretty bland, but Bollywood's chicken tikka is one exception to that rule. Incidentally, naan, the Indian flatbread, is traditionally baked by sticking it to the wall of the tandoor where it puffs up and cook.
